"I've used this location since 1988. Everyone here has always been professional and eager to help. Great listeners and advice. Not all agents are the same! I believe in them so much that I moved 100 miles away and would never consider ANY OTHER AGENT to insure my home and vehicles. The agent who most recently helped me tremendously was Jamie. I assure you everyone here has helped me at some point over the years and have been incredible! Good old fashioned Customer Service in a day where everyone wants you to do everything yourself, "Self Serve". You won't be sorry using this agent. Especially when you need them the most."

"Late December 2024 I was involved in an incident where I hit a guard rail. I received a bill in the mail 6 months later, from the Wisconsin Department of Transportation for $800 for damages. I submitted a claim, and did not hear anything back for about 30 days. I then checked my claim and it said it was closed. I resubmitted the claim in September, submitted all documentation from the DOT, and State farm said that they would take care of everything this time and not to worry. Late October I recieved a $582 garnishment from my check. I call state farm- and I finally got on the phone with someone who was helping me. Her name is Jessica, and is a great rep. The thing is.. She told me that "For some reason it just looks like they never paid it" Jessica then talked to her manager, and while we were on the phone she said it was paid in full, which is great. While I am appreciative- State Farm is not the ones responsible for giving me my $582. Jessica instructed me that I would need to contact the state themselves in order to initiate a refund. Hugely disappointed in State Farm, and I recommend anyone reading this to steer clear from major companies unless they give you the absolute best rates. They obviously do not care on an individual basis, as my case was absolutely neglected. I will add the fact that I have been trying to change my payment method for months and no matter what I do they keep the old card on file."

It appears that Jody, our office claim processor, reached out requesting a copy of your invoice. Unfortunately, since the invoice was not received, the claim was closed. Once closed, it was not possible to attach the invoice via the app, which led to opening a new claim and caused significant confusion and delay. I completely understand how stressful it must have been to face a garnishment from your paycheck. I’m glad Jessica was able to assist you and confirm that the payment was made by State Farm. However, I fully appreciate your disappointment that the refund process now requires you to work directly with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation. Regarding the issues with updating your payment method, it’s important to note that when you update your saved financial information in the app, you must also select it as your new payment option. I understand how this can be confusing. Please remember that you can always reach out to our office by phone, text, or email for assistance. While the State Farm app is a helpful tool, it does not replace direct communication with us. If you need any help contacting the state agency or have questions about the refund process, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Wishing you the very best moving forward."
